Terms of Purchase

Dutch VAT is included in all prices for deliveries within the European Union. Tax is excluded from the price for deliveries outside of the European Union; however, orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or other fees levied by the destination country. Any of these additional costs shall be the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore contact should be made with your local customs office for further information in order to avoid any unnecessary problems or delays.

Terms of Delivery

Deliveries are made by mail or by courier, depending upon the weight of the package and/or customer preference.

Delivery Time

Products in stock are normally delivered within 1-2 weeks, depending upon your location and postal connections with the Netherlands. We do not guarantee that the products will arrive within the usual delivery time as unforeseen delays may occur. For example, customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our normal delivery estimates. We are not liable for any losses which may be suffered as a result from a delay in delivery.

Secure payments

We accept payment by credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard. There are no additional fees included in your payment. We cooperate with PayEx and DIBS to ensure the secure processing of card transactions. Your credit card number is encrypted and sent directly to the bank, and is never stored with us.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and therefore, nailsofbliss.com/ WellVit does not sell or rent the personal information you provide to us to any unauthorized third party. In order to shop with us, we need you to fill in all required fields as part of your customer registration process. By confirming your orders, you are giving your consent to having your name and personal details registered in our customer register. This information will be used to carry out our obligations towards you as our customer, perform simple credit checks, keep you informed about special offers as well as being used for general marketing purposes.

You have the right to be informed about all of the information that we have registered regarding you as our customer. You may have a copy of your information sent to you, for which you will be charged an administrative fee of 5.00 EUR. If any of your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request to have this information corrected or deleted. We never share customer information with unauthorized third parties, with the exception of our business partners.

It is essential that we have your current email address in order to easily communicate with you regarding your orders, but you can choose whether or not you wish to receive newsletters from us. Should you receive an unwanted newsletter from us, you will find a link at the bottom where you can easily block your email account from future newsletters.

Cancellation of order

You may cancel your order by notifying our Customer Service Department by email, provided that it has not already been shipped and that other arrangements have not been made.

Returns

You may return new, unused products within two weeks of your receipt of the goods for a full refund. If any product is damaged upon its arrival to you, please see “Damaged or Defective Products” further below.

Please contact our Customer Service Department (see Contact Us) to get the correct return address (depending on which country you live in).

You do not have to specify why you wish to return the products, but you should include a note stating that you are returning them.

Freight and shipping costs for a return are always your responsibility. Returns may not be sent COD (collect on delivery). Please note that if re-packaging is necessary, you are responsible for providing adequate packaging so as to avoid damage during shipping. Products damaged due to inadequate packaging will be debited to your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible upon discovery. Please note that packages which are visibly damaged upon arrival must be reported to our Customer Service Department within eight (8) days of receipt.

Defective products are always returned at our expense, but please contact us before returning products. Any defective product should be marked with a return number before being sent back to us. Returns may not be sent COD (collect on delivery). Damaged or defective products will normally be replaced by a new product.

Liability

We are not liable for any misprints or discontinued products. We have no obligation to deliver orders with incorrect prices or incorrect product specifications as a result of typographical errors.
